July is here . . Happy Monsoon Everyone !! I hope you all are enjoying the lovely rainy season along with the Yummy recipes I bring for you. Today I am going to share with you all Yummy “Chili Paneer Recipe” which you can make quick and easy at your home. I made a Spicy sauce of garlic , chili and tomato ketchup and added stir fried onion and capsicum and fried cottage cheese cubes to it. I made it in the most easiest way.

Hope You will enjoy this Spicy Yummy Chili Paneer while It’s raining outside , Cuddle in your bed with a lovely Book and a platter full of Spicy Cottage Cheese !! Now let’s get straight to the Recipe .

INGREDIENTS-

1. Cottage Cheese – 300 gms
2. Onion -1-2
3. Capsicum – 1
4. Cornflour- 2Tbsp
5. Tomato Ketchup – 2 Tbsp
6. Schezwan Sauce – 1 Tbsp
7. Grated Ginger – 1 Tbsp
8. Grated Garlic – 1 Tbsp
9. Chili Flakes – 1 Tsp
10. salt
11. Vinegar – 1Tsp
12. Soya Sauce – 1 Tsp
13. Oil to fry

PROCEDURE-

Take Cottage Cheese cubes in a mixing bowl Sprinkle corn flour and some salt and toss the cubes . Corn flour will give the crispiness to the Cheese cubes when we fry them.

SAUCE PREPARATION– Heat oil- 1 tbsp , Add grated ginger and garlic and saute for a minute till we start getting nice garlicy aroma. Now we will add some Onion and Capsicum and toss them for 2 minutes on high flame . All these sauces are cooked on high flame. Now we will add some tomato ketchup , Schezwan sauce, soya sauce and Vinegar for the tanginess. Add some salt and chili flakes and mix everything nice and saute for a minute on high flame. Now is the time when we add crispy fried cheese cubes to the Spicy Sauce we made. Give a toss finally and coat the Paneer (fresh cheese ) cubes well with the sauce.

Garnish with some spring onions on top and Serve Hot !!

Well Today’s special is “Mango Recipe” . These days getting varieties of Mangoes here , so I picked up Dashehri Mango and made amazing mango lassi with it. This one is so easy and quick to make All you need is fresh curd , mangoes and sugar. And Cardamom Powder will add that extra flavor to the Mango lassi. I simply love this Lassi . Hope you will enjoy this recipe too.

INGREDIENTS-

(This will make 3-4 full size Glass lassi)

1. Mangoes- 3
2. Curd – 300 gms
3. Sugar – 3-4 Tbsp
4. Green Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp (ilaichi powder)
5. Almonds – 2-3 for garnishing

PROCEDURE-

Take a blender Add Mangoes, Curd Sugar and Cardamom powder and Blend Smooth.

Yummy Mango Lassi is Ready !! Serve Chilled !!

Hope You all are doing great . It has been a while I wrote a blog as I was out of town on Vacation at my Mom’s home town Khurja. It’s a small town with lot of food charm and lovely people. I had a great time there and also enjoyed a variety of yummy food . Soon I will be sharing with you all the new wonderful recipes of the Food I had there.

Now Let’s Get straight to the Recipe –

I made Cheese canapes today. Canapes are basically french loaf or garlic bread topped with any sort of topping. You can make any topping of your choice and spread  it over the thick bread slices and bake or no bake depends how you want it to be. It’s a cery interesting starter for any kind of party or get together.

INGREDIENTS-

1. Boiled Potatoes – 2
2. Chopped Onion -1
3. Chopped garlic-
4. Garlic Bread- 4 -6 Slices
5. Tomato Ketchup -2tbsp
6. Chat Masala – 1 Tbsp
7. Salt
8. Amul Cheese Cube – 1
9. Green Chilies- 2
10. Chili Flakes – 1 Tsp
11. Chopped carrot – 1
12.Coriander Leaves for Garnish

TOPPING –

Heat oil in a pan. Add Chopped garlic and onion and saute for 1 minute. Now add Boiled potatoes , Salt, chili flakes, Chat masala, green chilies, and saute on high flame for 2-3 minutes until all the spices get combined with potatoes. Now Granish with fresh coriander leaves. Spicy Potato topping is ready.

ASSEMBLE-

Roast one side Garlic breads with butter or oil and leave one side non roasted. Now Keep the Roasted side up as we will add topping to this side so that when we further roast the canapes on pan The non roasted side will get roasted. And no side will be over roasted this way. I have used roasted word like 100 times !!

Now spread Ketchup on the roasted side, Add spicy potatoes and on top add some grated processed cheese. To give it a little bit more spicy flavor sprinkle some chat masala on top.

Now spread Oil on a pan and keep canapes and cover the pan with a lid. Cook canape for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Cheese will melt and Yummy cheesy canapes are ready to serve . Add a pop of green color by adding fresh mint leaves on top.

Today I am going to share a Happy Recipe for you all lovely people .. Strawberry Pancakes. I tried these for the first time and they taste amazing. Make your day Even more Sweet and Special With these Pancakes. Let,s get straight to the Recipe.

INGREDIENTS-

1. All Purpose Flour- 1 Cup
2. Powdered Sugar- 1/2 Cup
3. Amul Whipping Cream- 1 Cup
4. Strawberry Syrup – 2 Tbsp
5. Butter -2 Tbsp
6.Vanilla Flavor- 1 tsp
7. Milk- 1 and 1/2 Cup

PROCEDURE-

Batter Preparation –Take a Mixing Bowl, Add All Purpose flour, Melted Butter, Powdered sugar and Whisk together. Now add Milk slowly and keep whisking while adding milk and make a smooth batter. Now add Vanilla flavor and Baking Powder and give a final whisk.

Making Pancakes- Heat Butter on a pan and Spread the Batter on the pan in the round shape . Use cup to spread the batter, that way you will get perfect round shape pancakes easily. Once the Batter is spread cook on low flame . . In aminute Bubbles will start popping up then flip the pancake and toast both sides of pancakes golden . This Batter will make 5-6 pancakes easily.

Final Touch-

Take The ready pancake on a Platter and spread some Strawberry flavored cream(add powdered sugar 2 tbsp and strawberry syrup 1 tbsp to to 1 cup whipping  Cream ,lightly whisk) Now add another layer of pancake and strawberry cream. Add as many layers as you want. On the top layer add a touch of cream and a glaze of strawberry syrup .

Yummy Strawberry Pancakes are Ready !!

Today I am Sharing with you all Recipe of yummy and tangy Pasta in Red sauce. A special Red Sauce is prepared with tomatoes and chili to give the desired chili tomato flavor to the Pasta. This Recipe is quick and easy to prepare and simply amazing.

Let’s get Straight to the Recipe

INGREDIENTS-

1. Pasta-2 Cups
2. Tomatoes-4-5
3. Chili Flakes-1 Tbsp
4. Garlic- 6-7 Cloves
5. Tomato Ketchup – 3 Tbsp
6. Oil-1 tbsp
7. Soya Sauce- 1 Tbsp
8. Vinegar- 1 Tbsp

PROCEDURE-

SAUCE PREPARATION-

Heat Oil and add minced garlic and saute for one minute. Now add Tomato Puree(Boil tomatoes for 4-5 minutes and make puree) and cook on high flame. Now Add Tomato Ketchup, Chili flakes, Soya Sauce and Vinegar . Cook everything on high flame for 1 minute. Yummy Red Sauce is Ready.

Final Touch-

(Boil Pasta by adding salt and oil-1 tsp to water for 10-12 minutes and then wash with cold water and strain) Add Boiled Pasta  to Ready Tomato Sauce and stir well. Cook for 1 more minute .. And Pasta in Red Sauce is Ready. Serve Hot !!

Hello Everyone !!
Today Iam going to share with you all the Classic omelette with a little twist of adding milk and butter to it to make it more buttery and fluffy. Onions , chili and pepper has added extra yumminess to the omelette. Breakfast or Brunch This Omelette is sure going to make Your meal super awesome.

INGREDIENTS-

  1. Eggs-3
  2. Butter-1 Tbsp
  3. Milk-1/4 Cup
  4. Onion-1
  5. Green Chili-1
  6. Coriander Leaves
  7. Pepper-1 Tsp
  8. Chili Flakes-1 Tsp
  9. Salt

PROCEDURE_

Take Eggs in a Mixing Bowl , Add Butter and Milk and Beat the Mixture till we get Bubbles. Now add chopped onion,Green Chili, Black Pepper, Chili Flakes and Salt and Mix Everything well and Give a Quick Whisk.

Heat Butter on Pan and Spread The Egg Mixture and Cover it for 2 minutes on low flame . After 2 -3 minutes remove lid and toss the Omelette and again cover for 2 Minutes on low flame. After 2 minutes Our Yummy Butter Omelette is Ready. Added Milk and Butter will Give the Extra Creaminess and Fluffiness to the Omelette.

mango panna

Summers are here and It’s the season of Mangoes so today I have prepared a Chilled Mango Drink which is amazingly refreshing and hydrating. This Mango drink with The freshness of mints will instantly give you the chill in the hot summers.  So while stepping out don’t forget to carry a bottle filled with this Mango drink.
It’s a very quick and easy recipe with the added benefits of Mint and Mangoes.

INGREDIENTS-

  1. Raw Green Mangoes – 2-3
  2. Mint Leaves- 1 Cup
  3. Sugar- 3 Tbsp
  4. Rock Salt – 1 Tsp
  5. Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
  6. Powdered Sugar – 2 Tbsp
  7. Lemon – 1

PROCEDURE-

Take Raw Mangoes , Peel them and Cut slices. wash mango slices and Add water 2 Cups and  Boil for 5-6 Minutes. Mangoes will turn soft and mushy. Refrigerate the mangoes along with Mango water for 1 hour. Now Take Chilled boiled Mangoes in a blender , add mint leaves, sugar, rock salt and Cold water 2 glasses full and Blend everything smooth. Mango Panna is Ready.

PRESENTATION_

Take lemon juice and apply it on the edge of the glasses. Spread Powdered sugar on a flat dish,Now invert the glasses on the Powdered Sugar. Glasses are Ready , Pour chilled mango Panna and add lemon slices to the glasses. Serve Chilled !!

Maggi Bengali Thaal| Limited Edition Maggi

Hello Everyone !!
Here is the new Limited Edition Maggi for you guys The Bengali thaal Flavor. I made this one with some vegetables and some extra spices like turmeric You can totally make this by simply boiling the noodles with Tastemaker Because it’s Maggi It needs no Extra stuff to make it good. I made this one in this spicy Bengali style . I had this full plate of Maggi on my own, shared a little with my brother and loved it.

INGREDIENTS-

1. Maggi Noodle Bengali thaal – 1 packet (Rs.20)
2. Onion-1/2
3.Tomato-1/2
4.Capsicum-1/2
5. Green Chili- 1
6. Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp (Jeera)
7. Black Mustard Seeds-1/2tsp (Sarso)
8. Fenugreek seeds-1/2 tsp (Methi)
9. Turmeric- 1/4 tsp
10. Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp
11. Salt

PROCEDURE-

BOILING NOODLES-

Boil Water and add Maggi Noodles, add 1 Tsp salt to the boiling noodles so they won’t taste bland. Boil the noodles 80% because when we will fry them further they won’t be overcooked then. It took 2-3 minutes to boil the noodles. Once boiled strain them out and wash with cold water to remove the extra starch.

FRYING NOODLES WITH VEGETABLES-

Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a Pan , Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and Fenugreek seeds and let them crack. Now add Chopped Onion and saute till onion turns golden. Next Add Chopped capsicum and chopped tomatoes and saute for 1 minute. Now add Turmeric red chili powder , salt and green chilies and saute well. Now add Boiled Maggi Noodles and Sprinkle Maggi Tastemaker and Mix everything together. Now saute for 1 minute and Yummy Maggi is Ready .

Serve Hot !!

Hello Everyone !!
Today I am sharing with you all a very yummy Smoothie Recipe made of Apple and Banana. This Apple smoothie with the yumminess of vanilla Ice Cream is amazing. If you are bored of usual shakes then do try this amazing combination of apple and Banana , I am sure you will love it too.

INGREDIENTS-

1. Chilled Milk- 1/2 litres
2. Bananas- 2
3. Apple- 1
4. Vanilla Ice Cream- 3 Scoops
5. Sugar – 2 Tbsp
6. whipped Cream for decorating glasses. You can totally skip it if you don’t have.

PROCEDURE-

Take Chilled Milk in a Blender, add bananas , apple Sugar and Vanilla Ice cream and Blend smooth. Yummy smoothie is ready. Pour in Glasses and If you like add some whipped cream on top and chopped apples to give the glasses more tempting look.

Today I am going to share with you all a very popular street food of Bombay aka Bombay Cheese Sandwich. This Sandwich is made of vegetables and Cheese and a touch of green Mint chutney. This is very quick and easy to make . I hope you will enjoy this recipe. Let’s get straight to the Recipe.

INGREDIENTS-

1. Bread Slice – 4
2. Tomato -1
3. Onion- 1
4. Boiled Potato -1
5. Cheese Slices- 2
6. Mint Chutney – 2Tbsp
7. Cheese Cube -1
8. Chat Masala – 1 Tbsp and Salt.

PROCEDURE-

Take Bread Slice and Spread Butter On one side of Bread. now Spread Mint Chutney. We spread Butter first to prevent bread from soaking water of mint chutney. Now Add Boiled Potatoes, Tomato slice and Onion Slices . Sprinkle some Chat Masala and Salt if you want. Add Cheese Slice and Cover the sandwich with another bread slice.

Heat Butter/Oil in a Pan and Toast this Sandwich on medium flame . When bread turns nice golden, Sandwich is Ready. Grate some Processed Cheese on top To give a more  tempting look.
