Hope Your day is going great. Today Here is the amazing simple recipe of veg mayo recipe. This one is made with fresh vegetables, Mayonnaise and a little bit of seasoning with oregano and chili flakes. I kept it simple and basic because that’s how it tastes more fresh and more tasty . Also added a touch of grated cheese on top to give this more cheesy look. You can have this in breakfast or in the evening when you get hungry It can be prepared in no time.
Let’s get straight to the Recipe
1. Boiled Potato – 1
2. Grated carrot-1/2
3. capsicum – 1/2
4. Onion- 1 (small)
5. Green chili -1
6. Veg Mayonnaise- 2-3 tbsp
7. Oregano – 1Tsp
8. Chili Flakes – 1 Tsp
10. Amul Processed Cheese Cube -1
11. Bread Slices – 4-6
Take a mixing bowl, Add 1 grated boiled potato , 1 finely chopped onion, 1/2 finely grated carrot, 1-2 green chilies, 1/2 finley chopped capsicum. Now add 2-3 Tbsp of veg Mayonnaise and Mix everything nicely. Now we will add some seasoning to it. Add some salt, chili flakes and oregano. Give a quick mix. And our veg Mayo stuffing is ready.
Take Bread slices and remove the edges to make it a sandwich bread slice. If you want to keep the edges you can totally keep the bread that way. now spread a thick layer of vegetable mayo mixture and cover it with another bread slice. Veg mayo sandwich is ready. Cut in half and Grate some processed cheese on top to give it a more cheesey Look 🙂
