Monsoon is here and We all love Chilled Thandai . Today I am going to share a very quick and easy Recipe of Badam thandai which is so yummy and any one can make it without much efforts.
Almonds and cashew adds the richness to the Milk and fennel (Saunf) gives the thandai the ultimate coolness and refreshing touch.
Let’s get straight to the Recipe –
1.Milk – 1/2 litre
2. Grated Almond- 2 Tbsp
3. Grated Cashew- 2 Tbsp
4. Fennel Powder (Saunf) – 1 Tbsp
5. Sugar- 2-3 Tbsp
Boil 1/2 litre of the milk in a vessel. Add Sugar and stir. Now add Grated Amonds, Grated Cashews and Cardamom. Sir and mix everything. cook on medium flame and keep stirring. Now add Fennel Powder also known as Saunf, this will add that soothing refreshing coolness to the Thandai. Fennel Powder is the Key ingredient in this Recipe. Once we have added all the ingredients to the milk, Let it boil and then cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes. Now our flavored Milk is Ready . We will refrigerate this for at least 2 hours.
Once the Thandai Milk is cooled completely. Serve this Chilled and Granish with grated Almonds !!
